Booking Agreement
A 50% deposit is required to secure any rental or floral items. The remaining 50% is due in full 30 days prior to the date of your event.
You may also utilize a “booking deposit” which is a $250.00 non-refundable fee. The booking deposit holds your date with Shannon’s Custom Florals and is applied to your floral or rental decor purchase.
All sales are final, no refunds will be given. No refunds on cancellations.

Rental Agreement
Shannon’s Custom Florals offers a wide variety of rental equipment which is delivered , set up and removed by Shannon’s Custom Florals staff.
